Cooking Instructions
- Cook the noodles with a spoon of cooking oil and required salt in boiling water for 5 minutes. These are made with whole grains and non-fried. So, it doesn't cook in 2 minutes.
- Drain off the water and keep it aside.
- In a pan, add oil and fry onion, capsicum, tomato and other desired vegetables.
- Add masala to it and mix well.
- Now add the cooked noodles and mix well.
- Serve it hot.

Cooking Instructions
- Take flakes in a sieve and moist by sprinkling water. This will not make it mushy.
- Heat a pan with a tablespoon of oil and season with mustard, urad dal & dal.
- To the seasoning, add onion, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric, salt and desired vegetables.
- To the sauted mix, add the poha. Sprinkly some water, cover it with a lid and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Add grated coconut, mix well and serve hot.
- Other recipes: Payasam or Kheer, Porridge and sweet upma.
