WalletWing is a US-based multi-vendor marketplace for authentic products from India. Our objective is to provide an authentic, seamless, and enjoyable shopping experience, foster a community based on trust and respect, minimize risks to customers and vendors, support government laws and regulations, provide equal opportunity to all users, and protect intellectual property rights.

2. User Accounts:

  • You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.  
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.  
  • You may not use another user's account without permission.

3. Customer Terms:

  • You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
  • You are responsible for your interactions with other users.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Vendor Terms:

  • By listing and selling products on WalletWing, you agree to the Vendor Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference. [Link to Vendor Agreement or state where it can be found].
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your product listings and the fulfillment of your orders.
  • You agree not to list or sell prohibited items, including but not limited to alcohol, drugs, and other items deemed inappropriate by WalletWing.

  • You are responsible for handling returns and refunds.
  • You agree not to engage in direct communication with buyers outside of the WalletWing platform.
  • You agree not to engage in keyword spamming or list products with unsafe URL links.

5. Fees and Commissions:

  • WalletWing may charge fees for using the Platform, including onboarding fees and sales commissions. These fees are subject to change at WalletWing's discretion. Vendors will be notified of any changes in accordance with the Vendor Agreement.

6. Payment Processing:

  • WalletWing uses third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for any payment-related issues.

7. Intellectual Property:

  • All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WalletWing or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.  
  • You may not use any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.        

8. User Content:

  • You are responsible for any content you submit to the Platform, including product listings, reviews, and comments.
  • You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

9. Privacy Policy:

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties:

  • THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.   

11. Limitation of Liability:

  • TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WALLETWING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED [Dollar Amount].
